This Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by Bjorn Jenssen (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to UV Index Widget – Worldwide, Lunar – Moon Phase & Widget, Sunrise Sunset Widget, and future titles released under the same developer account (collectively, the “Apps”).
Some Apps contain advertising and/or analytics; others do not. Where a section says “If this App uses …”, it applies only to Apps that include that feature. This single policy provides consistent contact details across our portfolio as required by certain partners.

Some Apps may request permission to track you across apps and websites for advertising purposes using Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework. Personalized advertising requires your opt‑in consent; you can change this anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate, provide, or analyze our Apps (“Service Providers”). These Service Providers may have access to information solely to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

Our Apps do not collect information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address, or phone number). Because of this, we are not able to provide, correct, or delete such information. Any data processed by third-party providers (such as Apple, advertising partners, or analytics services) is handled under their own privacy policies. Please use the privacy tools provided by those companies or contact them directly if you wish to exercise access or deletion rights.
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with Service Providers as described above, with authorities where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Some Apps may use advertising partners for personalized or cross‑context behavioral advertising, which may be considered “sharing” under California law. California residents can opt out of such sharing by disabling personalized ads in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking or by contacting us at uvindex.worldwide@gmail.com.
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained longer to understand product performance and trends.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. We will notify affected users and any required supervisory authorities of a data breach as required by applicable law.
Our Apps or related materials may contain links to third-party sites or services that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App or on our store listing.
